Concerns:

• Had an STP of around 100 KLD capacity
• had limitations of being unable to treat the raw sewage
• had high operating cost
• The treated water was not matching the MPCB discharge norms.
• The management  was on the verge of scrapping the installed STP

What we did

• We undertook the Operation contract
• Made certain minor modifications in the STP and made the plant to run as customer expectations.

Achieved:

• After we took the operation and maintenance, plant has been running successfully
• Water being recycled even in ponds
• Meeting  the MPCB norms.
