Wastewater (SMS)
With sludge disposal becoming a major issue in wastewater treatment plants, there is a need to upgrade either technologies or find non-hazardous ways to handle it. We now have new technologies for wastewater treatment that have very low sludge generation compared to the conventional ones. Also, there are mechanized solutions available and can be provided as per the requirements, that minimize the sludge volume. Further solutions such as composting and biomethanation can also be incorporated to recover energy.
We also cover other hygiene related aspects such as odour control in plant area, grease trap cleaning in kitchens and besides that environment management services like air pollution control.
 
Integrated Solutions
We also offer an Integrated SEWAGE/WASTE/ENERGY/COMPOST/PUMPING integrating all the above technologies and generating power from biogas using appropriate gas engine/heat recovery integration. The surplus energy generated can feed the grid or sustain the operation of the plant including the pumps for treated water.

This would require proper, modular designing of the plant with appropriate automation (LOAD CELL FOR WEIGHING OF SOLID WASTE, HOISTS FOR FEEDING, LIFTING, HANDLING etc, BIOGAS FLOW METERING/STORAGE MONITORING, HEAT RECOVERY, ENERGY MANAGEMENT OF THE PLANT, GRID SYNCHRONISATION, POWER EXPORT/IMPORT) so as to have a flat power curve and ensure that the generation of energy exceeds the demand and surplus energy is exported. Such plants may require a grid back up for export/ import from time to time till the time, the process/plant is stabilised

Air Pollution Control
Industrial air pollution is caused by the release of particulate and gaseous contaminants into the atmosphere.  Besides the Industry and process specific air pollution problems, use of fossil or solid fuel for combustion purposes is one of the main sources of air pollution typically in boilers, DG sets or various Industrial furnaces and sometimes even kitchens in hotels or big restaurants.  We install scrubbers to suit each application such as:

  • Removal of particulates upto any cut size 
  • Removal of gaseous pollutants, obnoxious smell by absorption or adsorption
  • Simultaneous removal of particulates and gaseous contaminants upto any desired efficiencies
