Zero Discharge

Besides, minimizing energy consumption and realizing the maximum possible recirculation of processed water leads to zero effluent discharge. WAPP’S zero effluent discharge solutions provide systems, both as a stand-alone wastewater and nutrient recovery systems, or as part of an integrated plant-wide program to minimize or completely eliminate costly disposal of waste or process effluent.

WAPPSYS Oxy-Bio Technology

WAPP exclusively promote  WAPPSYS Oxy-Bio Technology, which is a modified Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) process for wastewater treatment for all target segments. Its advantage lies in automation to minimize manpower and manual controls, lower space/equipment requirement and reduced energy cost. A variant of the cyclic activated sludge process, it operates on the fill-react,-settle-draw principle and can also be fully automated to eliminate manpower dependence leading to enhanced, reliable operation.
