The company’s O&M offerings include chemicals/bio-culture treatment, retrofit identification, and preventive maintenance, among others, with the ultimate aim to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the facilities.

O&M services are provided through WAPP’s network of regional offices at Mumbai (Western Region), Kolkata (Eastern Region) and Bangalore (Southern Region) as well as through our HQ in NCR (Northern Region). RETROFIT

WAPP also supplements O&M contracts with Retrofit assignments. Retrofitting solutions include:

• Upgrading existing facilities with respect to capacity and quality parameters in order to reduce cost of operations.
• Recommend/execute engineering changes to reduce energy bills. This is achieved by identifying suitable technology and recommending variable frequency drives, PLCs, etc. for pumping systems and AHU fan blowers.

Retrofit jobs are undertaken with assured benefits to the client. Till date, Retrofit assignments have been successfully implemented in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
