Methodology
Technical survey/safety audit and risk analysis to establish the performance level of plants.
Based on the above, an action plan with top-priority level(guiding document) is prepared jointly with customers to document value-added opportunities.
Site mobilization plan is submitted along with document generation details for each activity(90 days plan)- safety/training/displays/PPEs/PMs/action plan updates, etc.
Review the action plan and update by senior management on performance (monthly) and safety(quarterly). Customer satisfaction survey-independent (for continuous improvements)
